Welcome to Cyan 2026! We’re humbled to have you at our show. Let’s get your info locked in. Please complete the form below so we have everything we need to represent you properly at Cyan Tattoo & Arts Expo 2026. This helps us prep for promotions, signage, health board requirements, and your VIP perks.

Health Board Application 2026
All artists attending Cyan Tattoo & Arts Expo 2026 are required to complete and submit the proper licensing paperwork to the Montgomery County Health Department. This is a crucial part of keeping the event safe, sanitary, and compliant for everyone involved. Please fill out the form and follow instructions carefully.
Once completed, send it back to the Cyan team, and we will send it in for you. (info@cyantattoo.com)
Note: this step is separate from your booth registration. The application can be filled out by one person for the whole group if you prefer.
HEADS UP: The Health Board has a new fee process this year. It's $75 for a single booth. That covers 2 artists. Each additional artist is only $20.
(i.e. If you have 4 booths with 8 artists, you would pay $75 plus $120 for the other 6 artists)
FYI - That money goes to Cyan and we will be paying the health board directly. This is our way of helping the health board reduce their costs for future years. We are doing most of the work for them, which will help them lower the cost each year after. (Until now, they raised the fee $25 each year we've held the show.)

Cyan Costume Contest!
For those of you who know your hosts well, you know that they LOVE Halloween, costumes, themes, etc.
This year, if you choose to participate, we will be hosting our first Cyan Tattoo Costume Contest!! The theme is Gothic/Vampire. The contest will take place on Friday March 6th - and will be judged at 6pm! Let’s goooooooo!

Friday 9am - 12pm
Drive to the end of the black fence, turn right, and immediately turn right again. Drive up to the main building garage door.
Health Board will be inspecting Friday morning.
